When enjoying a meal, I think it is also important to enjoy the taste of the food, a hearty service, and extraordinary entertainment. In Kokonotsuido, there is our own kiln, Utsuwa serving food, an exterior and ceramics and glassware, which are all handmade in our private workshop. Not only the taste of the dish, but also the form of commitment to details, “Kokonotsuido is delicious whenever you come and you feel something enjoyable“. We want you to leave after being here thinking that you want to come again, this is what we are continuously working towards.
The four locations, including the main location, have table seating(40 seats) and private rooms or separate rooms (2 to 40 people). In the table area we offer a variety of dishes, such as hand-made soba noodles, udon, seasonal vegetables, fish and meat. In the private rooms,we have prepared a place and food that you can share a special time with important people. You can enjoy kaiseki meals for lunch, where you can enjoy the sense of the season, as well as various course meals such as Irori-yaki and Irori Kaiseki cuisine, shabu-shabu, and sukiyaki, which are the main characteristics of Kokonotsuido.
All the containers, and tableware used at the Kokonotsuido are Pproduced and sold in my studio.
The gallery also exhibits and sells paintings, sculptures and crafts.
